iPhone XS Max acting up!

Just had it a few months. It suddenly keeps showing the Apple logo then black screen, then logo- black screen over & over.
Tried a factory reset, updating...nothing. Same problem.
They're absolutely no help on the phone.

For hardware failures, phone support won't fix that.

Hope it's in warranty. A trip to the Apple store or where you bought it looks to be in your future.

That said, I am running into folk that demand hardware failures be fixed with a phone call. We're not there yet. And the only way I've seen the phone call help is to set the return or appointment at the store.

Don't forget

Officially, Apple is the only company that does warranty work or exchanges on iPhones. Retail stores (your cellular provider or Best Buy for example) are not authorized to do so. If you don't live near an Apple store location, they will assist you via mail/UPS/FedEx with any replacements/returns.
