Hope it's in warranty. A trip to the Apple store or where you bought it looks to be in your future.
That said, I am running into folk that demand hardware failures be fixed with a phone call. We're not there yet. And the only way I've seen the phone call help is to set the return or appointment at the store.
Just had it a few months. It suddenly keeps showing the Apple logo then black screen, then logo- black screen over & over.
Tried a factory reset, updating...nothing. Same problem.
They're absolutely no help on the phone.
