iPhone XS Max acting up!

Just had it a few months. It suddenly keeps showing the Apple logo then black screen, then logo- black screen over & over.
Tried a factory reset, updating...nothing. Same problem.
They're absolutely no help on the phone. At wits end.

Hope it's in Apple Care.

I've yet to find Apple Care useless. But there's only so much you can do over the phone so my bet is you will visit the store next as the factory reset failed.

I just called the customer service number provided from the Apple website. Never considered paying for Apple Care.

I'd want more than 3 months of coverage.

Check your warranty. I find when folk have to pay for repair OOW (out of warranty) they usually flame out on the brand.
