iPhone plans

Here in Australia there are no unlimited plans, even though we have 3 companies carrying the iPhone 3G, I think that's a world first. But still, they all suck. So I was hoping to gauge from American users....
Just how much data do you typically use in a month?

iPhone plans - Norway

In reply to: iPhone plans

In Norway we originally had no unlimited plan, and the plan with 1G/month (maximum), was 220 USD per month - Granted it was 1000 minutes/month and the phone itself (16GB) was only 180 USD

After public outrage, they added a new plan with unlimited data (no included minutes) for 100 USD per month, but you pay 835 USD for the phone then (still locked in for a year).

Average 140 megs

In reply to: iPhone plans

I have a Samsung Blackjack with unlimited data from AT&T and have been averaging about 140 megs a month. I use it for work email and a gmail account and Google Maps, MS Live Search and surfing and twittering.
