I lost my iPhone one week ago and I couldn't retrieve it yet. Do you know what possibilities has the founder to unlock my phone? Can he do it ?

Some folk forgo any locks. If you didn't it's open. Why not remotely use find my phone and remote wipes or set it to Lost Mode? (how is on the web so I pause here.)

Yes I did all the above and my question is if the person who found it can hack the lock, delete everything and use reset factory to reactivate it and use it.

So why not Lost Mode?

As to them wiping the phone, well it is lost and you can not control them wiping it and installing an alternate OS to regain use. But Lost Mode is going to stop them from the usual factory reset and getting value from the phone.

Let your carrier know so that the IMEI is registered on your provider's lost/stolen list.

They can probably sell it in Mexico and unlock it there where they have other different carriers. I guess I got no hope to recover it.

If Find My iPhone is enabled on your missing device

Sign in to icloud.com/find on a Mac or PC, or use the Find My iPhone app on another iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Find your device. Open Find My iPhone, and select a device to view its location on a map...
Turn on Lost Mode ...
Report your lost or stolen device to local law enforcement.
