iPhone is locked

My iPhone is locked because somebody put the wrong password lots of time. I don't have back up because I had my computer stolen just days before it happens.
I need to do a back up before rebute my iPhone. I have so many precious information of my children and pictures.
Someone please help me. How can I do a back up if the iPhone is locked!

I know it can be done because I already found a company who recovery data. They told me it takes a week or two, but they had done it before. The problem is that they charge U$ 450 to U$ 1.500, and I can't affort it at this moment...

I hesitate to ask this, but, wouldn't you be able to restore all the iPhone content from the backups you made of your information and pictures?

Thank you for your comments. It is not an unreasonable comment. Nobody trusts anybody now a days! It is just amazing that a "thief" would lost your time and try to solve your problem in a forum... Anyway...
