Iphone help!

I have decided to buy an iphone.Could you guys please suggest me what to buy and what not to?
Found a great deal of information but still want some more suggestions.

Apple this week introduced the new one (IPhone 4s). It will be available the end of October. There's no revolutionary change compared with the current one (iPhone 4), but it has a faster processor, a better camera, voice commands and a new version of the OS.

Now it's up to you to decide when you need the phone, if you can wait for the new version and if maybe the old version will be promoted cheaper to get rid of current stock. That decision is yours only.

There might even be the real Apple fans that buy the 4s and sell there 4 second hand to cover part of the costs.
