This product is TERRIBLE. It not only runs out of battery quicker than a line of trick or treaters running from Casey Anthony's house but the phone itself is made of GLASS. Glass, the most fragle and breakable material there is!!! The only reason they do that is so they can make more money off of you beacause they know their product is cheap and WILL get cracked. DON'T GET AN IPHONE. I RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT TYPE OF SMARTPHONE.

.......the millions of current iPhone users worldwide I craare as unhappy as you and will get rid of their devices after reading your post ??? I cracked my Samsung S4 device display, but I only blamed myself. Do you expect the phone to be bullet proof as well ??? Unfortunately, you have unrealistic expectations and are setting yourself up to be disappointed.

I DO RECOMMEND iPHONES to MANY USERS.
