I have have an iPhone 5s and use MS Outlook on my Dell laptop and am having problems syncing new contacts and calendar items since May 2014 - I was told by Apple I needed to remove all scheduled appointments & tasks for it to sync properly, but doing so would seriously disrupt my life and my schedule. I was glad the sync failed in the store so I could think about the ramifications of doing what they said.
They switched my settings to upload to the iCloud, and auto-sync I tried syncing via iTunes again, to no avail. I started to using the SUNRISE APP for calendar entries and that was working great until this week when I missed 2 appointments this week that were not synced up... so now my Sunrise calendar is now not updating either. Perhaps I should uninstall and re-install app? How do I update my contacts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
