Question

IPhone 5C Photos

My photos no longer go to My Photo Stream on my computer.

This started in October, after updating from I0S 7 to I0S 8, and now I0S 8.1.

I have HP Windows 8, updated to 8.1.

Can anyone help? After many calls, Apple has not solved my problem.

Thanks for the speedy reply!

As for your being dazed at the apple site, I was confused by all the information. Although it seemed "very technical" to me, I will study it again and try to figure which option to try, and how to do it... I just may be writing again...

The article seems to address the question but

There are many 10 to 20 step procedures so it failed to meet one of my criteria for fixing issues "in the wild." That criteria is "less than a handful of steps." Five or less.

Since I didn't find any shorter procedures I chose the word dazed as I would be if I took a sip from the fire hose.
