Same problem? How about performing a factory reset of the iPhone? (backup your data first, btw)
My girlfriend previously had a verizon iphone 4. She just got a Brand new sprint account. Brand new iphone 5. Sound goes out. Tried reset. Tried backup and restore. Nothing worked. Changed phone out for new one at dealer. Week and a half later the sound goes out on this one. Reset not working.
I'm left wondering about a conflict in Bluetooth connectivity. This phone is being connected daily to a Nissan Rogue with Bluetooth. I'm wondering if there is a software conflict causing a problem. Any advice?
