Apparently unpairing and repairing has worked for some folks. What else did you try?

1 1/2 years ago I had been using doc to go on an itouch. That itouch had to be returned for a new one. Ever since I have not been able to wifi sync to doc to go. It will not show a device in the desktop setup.
Now that I have an iphone 4 the problem continues.
Have tried to get help from Dataviz but nothing works. The problem is likely in my operating system. I have a Dell desktop running Win 7 Ultimate (wich was on when I could use the program).
I really like the programand would like to get it to work.
Can anybody help?
