Iphone 3G Vs. Google G1.Was the fight fixed from the start?

EVERYONE knows how biased Cnet is when it comes to it's baby the Iphone. I don't think I have ever seen Cnet give a fair review to ANY phone that compares to the Iphone. It's sad and I find it a BIG negative for this site.

The whole point of having a site like this at least in my opinion is to give honest reviews on products while being TOTALLY unbias. The problem with Cnet is they can't seem to do that when it come to the Iphone. The Iphone is their little baby, and they push the thing like this site is owned by Apple.

I personally have used both the Iphone and the G1 and really there is no comparison of the two. One is easy to use day in day out, and the other can get quite annoying if you don't have fingers the size of a drinking straw. One can be used openly with program after program after program, the other you're stuck with what the company offers ONLY. Honestly the list of flaws on the Iphone is rediculous. Besides the look which even that isn't "sexy" at all, it looks like a screen with one button. Since when did a screen with one button become sexy?

The ONLY time Cnet has been fair when judging the G1 Vs Iphone is when they did the 3G test, and even then they were making excuses for the Iphone.

There has been hardly ANY articles about what you can do on the G1 or any of it's features on this site. I remember when the Iphone/Iphone 3G first came out EVERYday you'd see something about how the Iphone this and that.

I'm just wondering if Cnet will EVER admit that the Iphone is not as good as they think it is? Also is there even a chance for ANY other phone out there?
