Ipad2 Adobe Flash player compatibility

Is there an alternative for Adobe flash player since it won't download on the Ipad2? I have a language translation website and need the sound to hear, but it doesn't work since flash player is not compatible. thank you

Works fine on my original iPad. Is there some difference between the two versions? I am running the latest iOS on my iPad currently. The iPhone 4 on my account is another story.

I thought the iPad did support Adobe Flash because I could play You Tube videos and other similar media. For giggles I tried to download the latest version of Flash and got the message it was not supported. Sorry for that error.

the reason that you can view YouTube video is because YouTube has converted a lot of their content to HTML5 format
