iPad Receiver - unable to detect appropriate client

Hi All

When I connect via the iPad Receiver and passthru the Access Gateway 5.01 VPX (via web) to get to my XenDesktop Pooled machine i get a Download Client prompt. If I ignore that I a message saying "The web site is unable to detect the appropriate client on your computer"

Any ideas what I may have configured incorrectly? Running v4.2.3.
