the amount of money that you spent has nothing to do with the schedules of the carrier that Apple uses.
Apple is the master of introducing HOT products and getting them to the masses...most of the time. My experience right now does not bring glory to their past record of such Mastery. For those of us who were promised by Apple in their advertising when the IPad was made available for ordering on March 12th, they advertised, "delivery would be on Saturday, April 3rd, except in areas where Saturday delivery was not available. In those areas, delivery would be on Monday, April 5th. So, I have to say, having committed nearly $1,000. on the iPad and accessories (most of which are back ordered to as late as the end of April), I am GREATLY disappointed. I could have gone to Best Buy, or 2 different Apple Stores on March 12th and placed my order which I assume I could have picked up today.
