IPad 2 Connection

I have a new ipad 2 and must have switched something off as I cant get an internet connection anymore. It is set up with 3G and has plenty of credit. The icon at the top shows Telstra 3G with good signal strength, but cant find any settings that would disable access. It has been working but wont now. Any suggestions?

try: Settings, General, reset, reset network settings. Then reconnect.
