IP Conflict?

Oct 5, 2007 1:34PM PDT

Well I had this problem before and I can't remember how I fixed it. The problem I am having is I keep getting an error message saying there is and IP Conflict with another system or something like that, and whenever it happens I get disconnected. Any ideas?

I have a Dell and Windows XP SP1
