IP Camera Conferencing Software

Hello, I'm looking free ip camera conferencing software. It needs to support up to 8 simultaneous cameras and a record ability. I've found a lot of free trials however I need a full product for free. If you need anymore information please let me know. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
