IP address??

by dingdongsilver / October 17, 2006 5:27 AM PDT

I have an eight computer network with a star physical and logical topology all hooked into a Dell Powerconnect 2324. I'm having a small problem. I want to get into the router to change some things but it doesn't have an ip address. I pinged from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255 and got nothing but what I know about. Any clues?

Regards,

DDS

No configuration at all?
by dingdongsilver / October 17, 2006 6:18 AM PDT

Thanks for the reply Bob but does it mean you can't configure it? I think it has DHCP enabled and i want to disable that.

Thanks for the help Bob. I guess something else is dishing out IP addresses so I guess I'll just have to track it down.
