Resolved Question

ios or android?

Sep 25, 2016 10:49PM PDT

I know this question is very common, especially on Earth. I have had 4 Android phones within the past year and my current one is broken. I had 3 LG Leons and I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, which is on its 3rd screen replacement that doesn't work. Before I ever had any phones, I had a few iPod Touches, which never cracked, bent, crashed, or had any hardware/software malfunctions without a reasonable amount of abuse. But Android phones are like socks that always get holes and you always need to buy more after a month or two. I assumed that with my old iPods, Apple has some pretty amazing build quality, along with some quick software that never froze on me. Apple has obviously evolved since the iPod Touch 5th Gen, which was released about 4 years ago if I'm not mistaken. I need a good quality built phone that can take some abuse, like the iPods. If anyone can help me out by giving some suggestions on which iPhone to get, or can find an android phone that won't freeze up or break within a month, that would be great.

I own and have owned many of both models plus others like a Microsoft Phone and don't have such issues.

I even have 89 dollar Android phones that are in test that did not break in the first month.

However let's say that for you the Apple is the only make that stands up to you?

Why not stick with Apple?

Your experience.....

....is highly unusual. I have used various Android devices over the years and never experienced the same issues. Either you are experiencing very bad luck or you are installing some type of application that is routinely breaking your phones. It is not likely an OS error you are experiencing. Best wishes.

For me, as a short time user, i find more of the newest phones are completely fine and common users haven't any problems with them. Of course , perhaps it's just bad luck for you, or there is other circumstances.
