Head to the usual counters and let them fix it. It does not sound like the usual issues we hear of.

First, reset the device on your own

If that doesn't do it, then hit the Genius Bar/Apple Store, etc.

Help with iPad 2.
by xadamxk / November 6, 2013 12:44 AM PST

Sorry to hear about your iPad, mine was having some issues with sound and a few software related glitches as well.

Try the following steps and let me know how they end up:
1) Do a hard reset by holding the lock and home button down until your device reboots
2) Restore the device by using iTunes, NOT the reset options located via Settings.app
3) If the software problems continue to occur, you have an issue with your tablet's digitalizer is broken/ un plugged.

If you have Apple warranty still, take it to them.
If not, find a trusted local 3rd party vender that will give you a good quote.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
