INVALID URL for bank

Hi guys i am really having trouble with signing into my bank (royalbank) everything else works on the site but when i click sign in it gives me an error INVALID URL The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid.

I really need to fix this and I have tried typing ipconfig /flushdns in my cmd and rebooting my pc and router so i dont know what else to do if anyone knows how to fix it please help me. It says the error on all 3 of the computers in the house thanks so much

When I lived in BC Canada I used this bank. Since it works on the phone try this before calling their support. I'll keep is short because you can google the answer for how.

Change the DNS to 8.8.8.8

hi so i changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 and reboot my pc and the bank still does not work
