Invalid system disk

My son was using a "creative" computer camera, after deleting the pics on the camera, the computer rebooted and now I am stuck on bootup saying Invalid System disk, replace the disk , and then press any key" can anyone help me. I went to Bootdisk.co downloaded win98 boot disk on a floppy. will not work status same.
