To get you to part with your money. Look up CCLEANER at download.com and it's little registry cleaner is more than enough to remove that little extra.
Be aware I've yet to find any registry cleaning to help since Windows XP and beyond. It did seem to help back in the days of Windows 95, 98 and ME but today it makes money for some.
I have been advised by various companies that my PC has 350 invalid entries. I am required to pay various amounts to have these deleted with the promise that my PC will perform much better ie quicker. If I reformat my hard drive will that save me those costs?
