Remember I go with what you reveal here. Recently formatted means a lot of post Windows install work. Formatting is sadly the wrong term to use about installing Windows. We format media (floppy, disks and such.) Formatting does not install the OSes.

So after we install Windows have a lot of drivers and apps to reinstall to get back to factory condition. These drivers and apps would be at Acer's web page for your model PC.

Formatted the disks, as if the PC was recently bought, however the connection issue appears only with my internet, i´ve connected to my neighbors net and it works perfectly

So it's not the PC?

Let's hear router details. Make, model, age, firmware version which settings are not stock.
