Internet works at home but not at school?

So like many I use a laptop for school and recently I've been having internet problems. (I use MS Edge) It seems that my internet works completely fine at home but when I go to school (use the school internet) it stops working. Specifically, what it does is one of a few things. Sometimes it:
It working for a moment then stops
Is working but goes very slow
Appears to be working but you can't load any pages
Or, most often, it just says "Can't reach this page" no matter what you do.

And also it usually says "Connected; No internet." Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's been going like this for a while now and I keep having to check out trashy computers because mine doesn't work at school. If any extra information is needed just ask. I've checked a lot of other threads, and not just on cnet, and I've tried so many different solutions and none of them work. When I restart it at school, it works for a few minutes then goes back to not working.

Laptop specs:
HP Pavilion Notebook
Windows 10 Home
i5-6200U @ 2.76GHz (base speed 2.3GHz)
Intel HD Graphics 520 (yeah it's not good)
1 TB Storage

Clarification Request
Most schools have a help desk.

In reply to: Internet works at home but not at school?

They setup the WiFi so we go to them to sort this out.

Been there, didn't work

"Have you tried restarting it?" I quote. The ladies there don't know anything. I wish they were at least a little helpful but no.

The problem is

In reply to: Been there, didn't work

I think that folk here run a standard setup. However I'm running into VPNs, Proxies, Antivirus Suites with overreaching privacy shields.

There are too many scenarios given your story,. What's not stock?
Is it simply the WiFi system there is overloaded? I've run into that!

Sadly your school support

Failed. Did you at least check your login account, machine is not black listed?

Don't think so

In reply to: Sadly your school support

I mean I suppose my laptop could be blacklisted but I don't why it would be. I know all my information is correct. And I don't think the wifi is overloaded because for real, I'm the only person that is suffering from this at my school.

Then I have to pry.

I don't know if that would show the problem

In reply to: Then I have to pry.

I mean I was looking at that site and it says "Speccy gives you detailed statistics on every piece of hardware in your computer, including CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Graphics Cards, Hard Disks, Optical Drives, and Audio support" so I'm not really sure if it would show any internet stats.

Nevermind, I will try that

In reply to: I don't know if that would show the problem

I looked some more around the site and saw that that was just some of the information. I downloaded it. Well, like I said, I have perfectly fine internet here, but I will sure try this when I go back to school on Monday. Thank you!

Didn't show anything wrong

In reply to: Then I have to pry.

Like the title says, it just said everything was normal. I don't know why it said that but it did.
