Question

Internet TV Software

Sep 25, 2017 9:24AM PDT

Howdy all,

Does anyone out there know if there is PC software out there that organizes your internet TV channels and subscriptions like the media streaming devices (Roku/Apple TV/Chromecast/etc.) do?

I know- if you're viewing TV on a computer, you can just access your internet TV through the websites of your various subscribed channels. But I'm trying to set up internet TV (on a PC, not a dedicated TV) for an 80+ year-old, and I'd like to make the process as much like watching regular TV as possible, meaning, at a minimum, all subscribed channels organized in one place for easy selection. Ideally there would be the means to subscribe to new channels also, but that's of secondary importance.

I know such software must exist, but I'll be hornswaggled if I can find it after much searching on the interwebs. Any info greatly appreciated.

saludos,
puttnik

While there are internet TV apps, I've yet to see anything close to what you asked for.
