The Internet@TV feature may not be available in all regions. I'm not sure if a firmware update will be adding it to the television that doesn't have it, unless that region is authorized to run the content included with Internet@TV.
You might check with the Samsung customer service center in your region for further information.
Is it possible to have Internet@TV on UE32C5100 model of the Samsung LED TV. Upgrading the firmware will enable this feature or this feature requires additional hardware to make this feature work?.
