jhbloom0,

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA. The widget owner controls the widget, and I don't have any information on that specific widget.

mdkul,

It's a planned widget that Amazon says that they will bring to market. I don't have any further information.

It was available for a month or so, and then it stopped working.

jhbloom0,

I can't speak on Amazon's behalf here - and since it's their widget, it's not my place. But we're aware of the situation. It still remains under their control.

It's back
by in2insight / January 16, 2010 2:42 AM PST

On my LN55B650 after the latest firmware update, Amazon.com widget is back.
And not only that, but Amazon.com is giving a $5.00 coupon for linking your set to their video on demand service. Classy move, imho.

Cheers.

Can anybody get it to work? Even after the latest software update, the amazon widget tells me I need to complete a one-time firmware upgrade. I can't go any further so can't get the 5 digit registration code to complete registration at Amazon.

If you give some info on your TV model and current firmware version, the Samsung people might be able to chime in with some info on what is the latest firmware you should have installed.

I have a LN46B750. I don't have the info on the firmware version I have but I just updated it yesterday so it has to be the latest one available.

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
