Internet Speed Trouble Help!!!

Recently i used the wireless modem:
R-ADSL-C4W-EG Dynamode Wireless Modem
Plugged it into a 100Mbps PCI card adapter
We have 8mbs internet!
However it ran very slowly when using it, slower than dial up!
Anyone Please Help!!!! A.S.P

Time for the ISP to do their thing.

Their technician should bring out a spare modem to show you the 8 megabit speed. But it's an ISP issue at this point.

This is a new modem,
The old modem broke, which did run at 8mbs
however this runs ver slowly

Let the ISP you pay dearly for make it right. Just so you know, you need to get them to tell you the modem is proper.

Of course, who's telling you the modem dosn't have a defect or out of date firmware?
