I've been experiencing a weird problem. My internet connection seems to reach its full bandwidth when downloading files or surfing on my MacBook Pro, but on my Windows machine, IE and Firefox seem to download files much, much slower--close to half of what my MBP downloads them at. I'm not sure where the problem could be, or how to go about finding out. Any advice?
