Internet Pop-Up Ad Firm Wins 2nd Courtroom Victory

Nov 20, 2003 1:28AM PST

U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmunds' decision is a second courtroom victory for advertising firm WhenU, which has drawn lawsuits from some online vendors who don't want Web visitors to see rivals' pop-up ads.
