Try System File Checker?
Start | Run: SFC /SCANNOW
You'll need the XP CD to complete the scan.
I have XP, every time I try to hit the internet options button on IE I get a pop up saying a problen w/ ie & then closes down, have also tried to reach it by control panel then internet options & get the message:
An excetion occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL"C:\WINNT\Sysem32\inetcpl.cpl",Internet Options"
Also tried to reregister - says accepted, but still nothing... any help would be great, thanks!
