Internet not working, problem is with my PC

Hello everyone,

i didn't know where and how to ask about my problem, but here it goes since i got this pc, like 3 years now, my wifi connection keeps getting limited (yellow triangle on the wifi amblem), sometimes every half an hour, sometimes once or twice in a day. Now i used various wifi's from different locations(countries even). And this problem kept happening. My question is, anyone has any idea about why this happens? My OS is windows 8(it was ubuntu first i got it, changed it to windows 8 day 1) and deleted my anti-virus like 1 week ago. Just to see if that was my problem. So please help me guys
