Clarification Request
There are a lot of advice on the Samsung TVs.
Oct 11, 2015 9:22AM PDT

1. Distance. 20 feet or less.
2. Connection, forget WiFi and get wired for reliability.
3. It's not an I pad or laptop. It's distance is under 50% of other common gear which confuses a lot of folk.
4. Sometimes it's the ISP's DNS. Try 8.8.8.8 for a test.

Update. DO NOT CHANGE SETTINGS. CALL SAMSUNG.

It appears there is something going on in the mothership. More folk asking in this and other forums.

Same Problem
Oct 11, 2015 7:42PM PDT

I have a UN40EH5300F.
For several months, WiFi connection has been fine.

I started have problems with Hulu & Amazon Inst. Video. After forcing a software update, the problems when away then returned. When I tried to access Samsung Apps folder I got:

Network Interference occurred
Please try again later
(ERROR_CODE_012)

Like you, I have all of strong connection with other devices. I made sure no updates were waiting--including exiting the Smart Hub first before asking for updates.

I changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and then 8.8.4.4

During this time problems with Hulu and AIV persisted, but YouTube and Netflix worked.

When I came back this evening, and it took a while for the Smart Hub to load. Then (1) YouTube and a couple of other apps I don't remember adding were gone. (2) Netflix no longer opens--just connecting wheel, and (3) problems with Samsung Apps folder, Hulu, and AIV remain the same.

Yikes.

I guess it's time to buy an HDMI cable.
