After you power cycle the 6100, if it still doesn't work call it in since these do fail like that. I'm not your ISP so I can't replace it for you. Call them.

My internet keeps dropping just about every 30 seconds. I've did pretty much everything, reset my modem, changed the phone cord, went from Ethernet to USB. I have a westell 6100 router\modem, only problem is I was never control panel of the router\modem. Can anyone here given any documentation on logging into thlp?
