This can be an ISP issue, PC or congested WiFi. Details are so sparse that we can't begin.
Can anyone help me identify why my internet is running into large lag spikes, I have ran a tracert command several times and the results are coming back with varying degrees of lag at each hop. Here is a copy of the trace:

The 303ms delay and 791ms delays are puzzling me. And this has been a permanent problem for the last week.
