You state you checked the IP and DNS but I can't see these so try this.
Tell a lot more about distance to the router, the make/model/version, firmware version of the router and remember that other than alphanumerics in any name, ssid, etc. can cause trouble. Start at 20 feet to the router.
And always try the DNS (google's) of 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168
I have a SMART samsung TV, net gear wireless router and virgin media broadband
My tv will connect to the wireless router but not the Internet. The following message appears:

Check DNS settings in IP settings, or contact your Internet service provider to access the Internet

I called virgin media, spoke to five different people only to find out they can't help me unless I pay for a virgin media support package
