Im having bad upload issues ... ive done a speedtest
Heres results
Ping: 1ms
Download: 33.80mbps
Upload: 111.84KBps

Ive installed a new modem from xfinity and disconected the router because the new modem is a dualband router built-in. ....... downloading is excellent but anytime i wanna upload a video to my youtube channel i cant . It stays at 0%

Comcast cant help without sending someone out and thats a charge everytime .

Id rather try to figure this out without coming out of pocket .... thanks in advance for any ideas .

Slow Speed of Upload

Your Internet's upload speed seems to be extremely degraded for an Internet service with an upload speed of 33.8 mbps' paired return stream that is usually 10 mbps. That is 33.8 (download) / 10 mbps (upload). Looking at your speed test results, I can see that your modem is getting the correct download bandwidth but not much upload bandwidth at all.
Try checking to see if your old modem has a good speed test result for both the download and upload speeds. You can determine if the new modem is in need of replacement or if there is a line issue. Should both modems give the same speed test results, Comcast may have to look at potential line issues.
