internet home page trouble

No matter what I do I always seem to end up with
http://www.search-space.com/ as my home start page. How would I find and fix the problem?

to change your homepage, you can try going to tools and internet options, and then use current or blank or default,

Sorry. I should have added more. I did set the options back to the original home page and also as blank. But they still keep changing to the space-search webpage.

Matt,

Whenever posting questions on these forums, please give us as much information about your computer as possible. The operating system, processor speed, amount of RAM installed, the brand name of the computer (if there is one), any steps you've taken to solve the problem, and the EXACT error message you are recieving, are all necessary items. The more information you give us, the better informed our answer will be. Enough of that, back to your question.

If you haven't tried them yet, please download and install the free spyware removal programs from the links below. After installing them, update them from within the user interface of the program. Run the programs and delete all spyware that they find. BE AWARE: Some "freeware" programs that are dependent on spyware to run, (like KaZaa) may cease to function after removing the spyware. STill, it's better to find new "freeware" than to continue with the junk on the computer.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes.

I recently had the same problem and I did a system restore which took care of the problem.
