Question

Internet Exporer-multiple processes

After a few minutes online, task manager show 10 or more processes and everything slows down. Virus scans do no good, and the same with stopping various programs. What to do?

To leverage as much of the CPU as possible, browsers will start more threads. So you can close tabs, get more RAM or a more powerful PC if you want to use the browser with a lot of tabs.

If there are add-ons you can test with a clean browser by resetting the browser. Google how to reset the browser you want to clean.
