Internet Explorer Question

Hi. I have posted this in two forums, becuase I don't know where the problem is:

A weird thing happens lately in my web version of Outlook when I use internet explorer. I have XP SP2 Installed. Whenever I hit reply to a message, the usual window pops up and I see the three lines for To: CC: and Subject: but the box that the message goes in does not show up except for a little box with an X in it simililar to what happens when you have a dead link for a picture. Any idea as to why this is happening?

I answered in the XP forum, but I read the article but it eludes me now. It's the in the changes of the security settings... You get to find it.
