Some don't have a true disable. Why wasn't the blocker named in your post?

My machine is bestbuy clone(VPR-matrix) running XP with nortons anti-virus and personnel firewall. Sorry I didnt read the instructions, I'm new at this. I dont think that I have been able to access any links since RR went to the new homepage 6-8 months ago.

What do you mean by that ? Do you mean that links won't open ?
A pop up blocker won't usually disable a link, unless that link leads to a pop up. Did you get any error messages ? What about external links at web pages other than your 'home page' ? Your home page - is that your own 'web site' ?

Do you have the problem at the site with all the popular browsers - IE, Mozilla, Firefox, Opera.. ? Which firewall ? Dare to disable it temporarily to see what happens ?
