1. on internet explorer click view >tool bars and uncheck the norton one.

2. go onto add or remove programs in the control panel look for norton and click remove

IE Problem.

What you got rid of will surely come back, if you are not used to using IE. Suggest you download and install the latest version of Firefox, a more secured browser. Use IE for Windows updates only.

BTW- do you have a free firewall, free anti-virus, free spyware blaster, anti-ad ware scanner....?
I do, and IE is my default browser, but I have no problems with it--yet. I also have Firefox, but hardly use it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
