internet explorer and firfox with ijji.com

Dec 24, 2006 2:42AM PST

I made a shortcut to ijji.com so i can play my game quickly however...it doesnt work if i have firefox as my default browser. Is there a way to make internet explorer pop up when i click the shortcut instead of making it my default browser?(ijji requires active x)

Slightly different idea...

While you could set it up so that it automatically opens in IE, I would take a slightly different approach and install the Firefox extension IE Tab. You can set IE Tab to automatically open that URL using IE's rendering engine, so the site/game will open in a Firefox window but function as if it were opened in IE. With that setup you would not have to close IE when you're done or have both browsers running at the same time to view multiple websites simultaneously.

Just a thought.
