Internet Explorer 7 Not Responding

I open Internet Explorer V7 to a web page. When I click the new tab to open another web page, IE7 hangs (Not responding). I have to close IE7 via the task manager window. Does anyone know how to rectify this problem? Regards Dave.

Add-ins. In IE7 there is a control for those so turn off ALL addins then retest. If it works, turn them on one by one to find the bad one.

In reply to: Most common issue?

I turned off all Add-Ins as suggested and success, this has resolved the problem. I have turned the few add-ins back on that I require and now working OK. Thanks for your speedy response and resolution to this problem. Dave.
