Internet explorer

Why is Internet Explorer causing Windows to shut down. I have I have Windows 7. Just had to wipe my computer clean and reset to factory installation. I have Kaspersky Anti Virus and Malywarebyes. Both scans show nothing.

It isn;t with me, and it isn't with a very big majoity of Windows users. Since you went back to factory conditons and thus wiped everything you'll never know the reason.

Hi, try disabling the malware and antivirus and check it. If you feel like that you are re-directing continuously, try the below steps.

You have to open the browser in this way.

INTERNET EXPLORER :

Open the run box and type the command iexplore.exe -extoff

check adobe flash player. Sometime, two version of flashplayer installed. It get browser clash.
