Internet Explorer 6 Options Problem

On Internet Explorer 6 When I Click on Internet Options Its Says That The Sction Was Cancelled Due To Restrictions Please Call Administrator but My Computer Login Is The Administrator Account Created With Windows When I Installed It.I Use Windows XP.Please Put A Responce To Help Me A.S.A.P.

Locking the home page with Spybot and other tools can cause this.

Unlock such settings with Spybot or other tools an the message goes away.

You might want to make sure that you do not have adware and your computer is not hacked and someone is messing with your browser. That is what happened to me. A program called PestPatrol was recommended. They have a free Pest Scan you can run on your PC to see if that is the case. Check it out at www.PestPatrol.com.
