Both which require a "repair" of Internet Explorer.
First, open the Control Panle, then double click on "Internet Options", then click on the "Advanced' tab. When that opens, in the 'Browsing' section, scroll down and UNCHECK the box that says: "Enable third party browser extensions".
Next, if that doesn't fix the issue, try repairing Internet Explorer by downloading the IEfix utility from the link below and installing it:

I have windows XP and run IE
I keep recieving a message saying IE has experienced
a problem and needs to close and when i click OK nothing happens. IE continues to run.
Any ideas ?
