Internet Explorer

May 8, 2005 7:20PM PDT

I have just had to do a complete new instalation of XP Home after my disk drive failed.
Luckily I had backed up most things so it was not to bad.
One thing though a very old chestnut when I visit most web sites I get lots of little boxes with red crosses in and I know I should know how to overcome this but I have forgotten how!!!

Help please it is driving me mad!!

Regards
Sid G

Open IE, go to tools then internet options. Click on the advanced tab and scroll down the list to multimedia. Make sure there is a check mark next to show pictures.
